A flexible body is a young body. Stretching is very important for the health of your body and prevents many injuries and helps alleviate pain. Becoming flexible is possible at all ages, muscles can be stretched at any age. This class will release all the stress out of your body.

This class incorporates balance, flexibility, stretching, and strength while maintaining and enhancing your gymnastics abilities. It is the perfect work out that uses every muscle in your body and helps develop gymnastics skills for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Most people over 25 believe that they are too old to start gymnastics. Many people believe that 15 is too old to start gymnastics. This is a ridiculous notion. 15, or 25 might be too late to start gymnastics if the intent is to become an Olympic competitor, but it is never too late to gain the benefits from practicing in this sport. Gymnastics will improve performance in any other sport, as well as improving overall fitness and functional strength to a level that most people never attain.

All new members are subject to an annual membership fee.
