Flyers Teams
5 yrs and up
Great for those boys and girls wanting more of a challenge. We teach the gymnasts routines on 5 events and they perform them at our 5 in house competitions. These FUN competitions will teach how to preform and each gymnast will be given ribbons based on their performance. Each girl will need to purchase a leotard and boys a team shirt for their corresponding level.
Monthly registration required.

Competitive Boys Team
5 yrs and up
Our boys team compete in the USA Gymnastics Junior Developmental levels 4-10. Boys will learn routines that they will compete locally, regionally and nationally.
We are proud to have the only Competitive Boys team
in Monroe.

Competitive Girls Team
5 yrs and up
Our girls team compete in the USA gymnastics Junior Developmental levels 2-10. Girls will learn routines that they will compete locally, regionally and nationally. We also offer TOPS and HOPES training.

Team members work on skills and routines in a fun and positive environment. Building self confidence is our main goal at HFG so the gymnasts will learn to set personal and team goals. No goal is too big or too small.
The Competitive Teams compete both locally and through out the country depending on their level.
Joining a team is a FUN way to learn higher level skills and make life long friendships.
