What classes do you offer?
A: We offer gymnastics classes for ages 1-18 yrs. Ninja classes for ages 5-18 yrs and Cheer classes for ages 4-18. We also offer adult classes.

Do you run sessions?
A: No

We run month to month and can join at any time.
Q:
What should my child wear to class?
A: Loose fitting clothes with no zippers. Girls in gymnastics classes need to wear a leotard (no skirts). Everyone is given a HFG leotard or shirt when registering. These are perfect to wear to class.

Do you have a gym show?
A: No
We offer our Flyers team for those who would like to show off their skills.

Do you have competitive teams?
A: Yes

We have girls and boys competitive gymnastics teams.
Q:
When are team tryouts?
A: We do not have tryouts. If you are interested in team we will setup an evaluation to determine the right level for your child. Everyone is welcome to join our team.

Do you have an Xcel team?
A: No

Instead we offer a semi competitive team that competes at our in house meets.

How do I schedule a team evaluation for my child?
A: Call us or stop by the front desk to set it up.
